Overview of our Education Plans

At The Inspiration Academy, we offer three Education Plans (EPs) to accommodate the diverse needs and schedules of our students and their families. Our educational plans include the following:

  1. In-Person Plan: This full-time, in-person, teacher-led school is designed for grades K-8 and follows a regular Monday-Friday schedule for 180 school days, August-May.
  2. Envision Plan: This plan offers a full-time, teacher-led, individualized curriculum with a flexible schedule. It’s available for high school students, and under certain circumstances, middle school students may be accepted into this program. Students are required to complete and document 1,000 academic hours per academic year.
  3. Homeschool Integration Plan: This K-12 plan is parent-led and teacher-supported. Students and their parent educators will have access to select from the various resources The Inspiration Academy has to offer.

All programs include access to The Inspiration Academy’s Community Modules, enrichment classes, clubs, competitions, guest speakers, Children’s Business Fair, special events, online programs, curriculum resources, 24/7 online tutoring, field trip opportunities, and more!

In-Person Plan: This full-time, in-person, teacher-led school is designed for grades K-8 and follows a regular Monday-Friday schedule for 180 school days, August-May.

In-Person Plan

Format: Full-time in-person teacher-led school for grades K-8.

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

Calendar: 180 school days, August-May.

Attendance: Students who miss more than 18 days or fail any subject will be required to take summer school.

Community Service: Additional 24 hours of volunteer community service are required.

Access to:

  • Teacher-led academic instruction
  • On-line Learning Platforms (Examples: IXL, Generation Genius, etc.)
  • On-line Tutoring Platform
  • Community Module Activities
  • Access to Field Trip and Learning Excursion sign-ups (depending on behavior, prerequisites and availability)
  • Special events and activities
  • Access to special enrichment class sign-ups (depending on behavior, prerequisites, and availability)

  • Field Trips and Learning Excursions are available at additional costs.

Envision Plan: This plan offers a full-time, teacher-led, individualized curriculum with a flexible schedule. Envision Plan

Format: Full-time teacher-led, individualized, customized curriculum with a flexible schedule.

Grade Levels: High School (9-12). Under certain circumstances, middle school students may be accepted into this program.

Schedule: Flexible schedule depending on student and family needs.

Calendar: August 1st – May 31st

Minimum Required Hours:

  • Students are required to complete and document 1,000 study hours per academic year. 
  • Students who do not complete and document required hours or who fail any subject will be required to take summer school.

Documentation: Projects, portfolios, daily activity, and time logs are required.

Community Service: Additional 24 hours of volunteer community service are required.

Homeschool Integration Plan (HIP)

Format: This K-12 plan is parent-led with TIA guidance. Parents are responsible for all academic curriculum, grading, documentation, and transportation.

Access to:

  • On-line Learning Platforms (Examples: IXL, Generation Genius, etc.)
  • On-line Tutoring Platform
  • Community Module Activities
  • Access to Field Trip and Learning Excursion sign-ups (depending on behavior, prerequisites and availability)
  • Special events and activities
  • Access to special enrichment class sign-ups (depending on behavior, prerequisites, and availability)
