Iron Roots Strength and Conditioning is an organization dedicated to fostering physical strength, mental resilience, and personal growth through comprehensive fitness. Iron Roots will be providing TIA students with CrossFit methods of physical education on Fridays. This program is designed to instill teamwork, determination, and a lifelong passion for fitness. Iron Roots and TIA want movement to be fun, and our goal is to have our students looking forward to moving their bodies every day!
Julie Evans will be the main instructor. Julie has a degree in Education and has spent many years in the classroom. She has been a CrossFit coach for 6 years.
Dietrich Evans also has his CrossFit and Kettlebell certifications and, on occasion, will join the class to teach a specific movement and/or skill.
Classes will be held indoors, and as soon as the weather permits, we will move classes outdoors.
Students must wear appropriate clothes and closed-toed shoes for these fitness classes.
