All RBT (Registered Behavior Technicians) who are scheduled to work with a student at The Inspiration Academy must fill out this form and acquire an IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.

You are required by law to obtain an AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card before you are allowed to be alone with children at our school. TIA requires all RBTs to acquire this clearance card before you can work with our students. NOTE: You must select the IVP option when you apply.
